Change of Name of Group and Operating Companies
realestate.com.au Limited, the publicly-listed group holding company has changed its name to REA Group Limited, effective immediately.
Simultaneously the Australian operating company, Netwide Solutions Pty Limited, has changed its name to realestate.com.au Pty Limited.
The change of name of the publicly-listed Group company was approved by special resolution of shareholders at the company AGM on Wednesday 26 November 2008. ASIC has today registered the change of names for the companies.

realestate.com.au Limited, the publicly-listed group holding company has changed its name to REA Group Limited, effective immediately.
