Community generosity reaps rewards for Paediatrics at the Canberra Hospital - Katy Gallagher, MLA
Minister for Health, Katy Gallagher MLA today accepted a very generous donation of $121,000 for Paediatrics at the Canberra Hospital (PatCH) thanks to the continued support of the local community through the Woolworths Fresh Food Kids Hospital Appeal. Ms Gallagher said that it was a magnificent effort by the Woolworths staff and the local community to show their support for PatCH. "Thank you to Woolworths staff and management for the enormous effort it takes to organise the many fundraising events needed to reach this amount for PatCH," Ms Gallagher said.
