Crushing and Mining Equipment

Crushing and Mining Equipment (CME) was established in 1988 by David Davenport. Since that time, the company has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of crushing and screening equipment, consumables and spare parts, serving markets in Australia, South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East. CME employs around 80 people with branches in Perth (head office), Sydney and Brisbane and agents in Manila and Dubai. CME’s core business is the supply of world class manganese crusher liners and crusher parts, specialising in the supply of parts for the largest gyratory, cone and jaw crushers. INCREASED MINING EQUIPMENT WEAR CME’s technical staff are also adept at designing manganese liner profiles to meet our customers’ product requirements and increase wear life.

CME can increase your liner wear life by around 35% through a combination of product quality and profile design. CME’s distinguished client list includes: Rio Tinto iron ore operations Australia Fortescue Metals Group iron ore operations Australia Mt Gibson Iron, iron operations Australia PT Freeport Indonesia Ashanti Gold Australia Harmony Gold Australia Carmen Copper Project Philippines Philex Mining Corporation Philippines Resolute Tanzania Kansanchi Zambia CME has also joined forces with Jadair to provide a comprehensive range of clarification, classification and washing equipment. We are helping solve environmental situations where tailings / slimes dams are unacceptable. MINING SUSPENSION AND VIBRATION PRODUCTS As the Australian distributor for ROSTA we supply a full range of suspension and vibration products as well as tensioning elements. CME also used the basic ROSTA principle to develop our own range of motorbases, screen suspensions, impact tables and belt scrapers.

We sell, cut, fabricate and roll wear-resisting MC3 wear plate throughout Australia. CME's manganese is competitively priced and our technical sales team is experienced in working with clients to design profiles and manganese specifications that best suit their needs. AUSPACTOR VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT CRUSHER The Auspactor VSI increases production and lowers wear costs. The innovative design is based on years of experience and field trials.

Designed in Australia, the Auspactor is supported by CME's spare parts, reliable service and expertise in the local market. Product support is only a phone call away. Aggregate-shaped solutions Manufactured sands Fines crushing of minerals World's best rotor designs Low operating costs Efficient chamber designs Four models to 600kW Lilo rotors Low man hours cost per tonne The unique Auspactor rotor fabrication has no exposed or protruding fasteners so streaming wear is reduced to a minimum. CME's continuous product improvement makes lower operating cost and longer service life available to all VSI operators. THE CME DYNAMIC BELT SCRAPER The dynamic belt scraper incorporates the famous ROSTA ST drive head tensioning elements.

The belt scraper has been designed to enable quick and easy installation and has the following unique features. Each scraper head maintains a constant pressure against the conveyor belt to give a constant, superior clean. The wear on each belt scraper blade is taken up with the ROSTA elements to maintain positive surface contact with the conveyor belt. Each scraper head can individually move in and out to the belt condition giving 100% contact against the belt at all times. The CME dynamic belt scraper has the ability to clean even the stickiest materials with ease. MINING IMPACT TABLES Each CME dynamic impact table is designed to meet the extreme conditions associated with mining.

The CME dynamic impact table provides optimum protection to conveyor belts and support structures by effectively dissipating impact energy through the unique damping characteristics of the ROSTA ESL units. Each table is designed specifically to meet the client's requirements, and is designed to optimise conveyor belt life and reduce overall costs..
