Credit crisis information event EnviroIndustry will be holding and information and networking event on the Credit Crisis on 23 October 2008. Speakers include: Professor Tony Makin (Prof. of Economics, Griffith Business School) Prof.
Tony Makin has represented Australia as part of the structural issues group of the Pacific Economic Co-operation Council, an APEC-related body, and previously served in the Federal Departments of Finance, Foreign Affairs and Trade, The Treasury and Prime Minister and Cabinet Tony Makin will present "The Global Financial Crisis", covering issues such as the cause and severity of the present crisis, its likely duration, and what the international "credit crunch" means for the international, national and local economies.
