First Home Buyers Grant should be backed by streamlined planning

Archicentre, the building advisory service of the Australian Institute of Architects today welcomed the tripling of the first home buyers grant to $21,000 and the doubling of the grant for existing homes for contracts entered into by 30 June 2009.
